Our clinical & case professionals, Grace and Jennifer, form an essential part of the Ovspring inter-disciplinary team.

Ovspring's case professionals are central figures within our specialist team. They serve as a resource for the family regarding the range of service options, as well as is the bridge between the family and service delivery as well as staff specialist(s). 

Very likely, as a parent, your first encounter with Ovspring will be with Grace or Jennifer, who will help you with your enquiries on our programs and filling up of parent questionaires. They will help gather information about your child's history and your family's needs, in order to refer you to and coordinate the most appropriate care for your child. Our case professionals are part of Ovspring's Parent Support Program (PSP) and look forward to supporting the children and their families.
