Introduction

Ovspring Developmental Clinic is a private integrated healthcare facility in Singapore which combines both medical and allied health services for children and adolescents with learning difficulties and developmental disabilities.

Ovspring's services range from paediatric medical services through to assessment, diagnosis and intervention programs. It is a virtual one-stop, interdisciplinary concept that combines specialist paediatric practice with allied health disciplines in speech language pathology, occupational therapy, psychological services and case management services.

Ovspring's clinical programs offer an interdisciplinary approach in treatment tailored to the individual needs of each child. Depending on the needs of the child, Ovspring's team of medical & allied health professionals work to create the right mix of therapeutic environments and approaches, within a family-centred philosophy.

Intervention programs are available in speech and language therapy, occupational therapy & psycho-educational therapy; as well as home and community programs providing educational, counseling and support services to assist families.  Intervention programs are available both as individualised sessions (one-to-one) and group therapy sessions depending on the needs of the child.

In addition to providing medical, evaluation/assessment, rehabilitation and psycho-educational services, Ovspring supports professional training via continuing medical education (CME) as well as outreach programs to teachers and parents. Ovspring draws on the experience and standing of its professional team as well as its advisory panel to guide professional clinical practice guidelines for better and quality patient care.
