Referrals

To help maintain consistent standard of care for new patients at Ovspring, general procedures have been outlined for referral for paediatric and/or allied health services as follows:

Referrals from Primary Care Physicians & Healthcare Professionals

1. Referrals are accepted from primary care practitioners and/or other healthcare professionals.

2. Clinicians are requested to fill out the Healthcare Professional Referral form, which can be downloaded in PDF format at the download section.

3. Upon completion of the referral form, please fax this to +65 64671344.

4. Our Clinical Coordinator (Paediatrics) or Case Manager will call you within 48 hours to schedule an appointment or request for more information should this be needed.

5. For acute or urgent cases, please call our Appointments Line at +65 64668090 to speak to our Case Manager or Clinical Coordinator (Paediatrics).
