If you do not reside in Singapore, please follow the steps below. If you prefer, please contact us via email via our general information request form or by telephone +65 6466 8090 and ask to speak to one of our Case Professionals. If you need an intepreter in Bahasa, Mandarin or Cantonese, this can also be arranged with advance notice.

Getting An Appointment with Ovspring's Specialists

STEP 1: 
If you choose to request for an appointment online, please proceed to fill up the Appointment Request Form with all the information requested. The Appointment Request Form should be completed with all the information requested, to expedite your request. You will be contacted by email or fax within 48 hours (on working days) of your request by our Case Professional who will guide you through the process.


STEP 2:
When we receive your request for an appointment, we will send you relevant questionaires, other forms and request for medical information (eg. tests, medical reports, IEPs etc) to complete.

The information will give us information about your child's medical concern, how to contact you and preferred date of your appointment etc. We will need information to be as complete as possible before we are able to channel your request to the right specialists or team of specialists. 

You will be requested to submit these via either courier or registered mail to our office in Singapore. Typically, we will be able to get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the full set of information from you.

STEP 3:
At all times, you will keep in contact with our Case Professional who will guide you through the process. As soon as we receive the completed forms and reports requested, we will contact you to confirm the date and time of your appointment at Ovspring. Please be sure to provide accurate information on how we can contact you via email, fax or phone.

FOLLOW UP:
Our Case Professional will schedule follow-up appointments, tests or other investigations which you may require upon your arrival in Singapore. She will also be available to assist on other matters relating to your visit with us.
