Social Communication (ACES)

Ovspring professionals run social communication groups for children with developmental needs who are 3 to 7 years of age. Groups are targetted at different readiness and developmental levels. Ovspring currently run two groups -
I.  ACES for 3 to 4 year olds; &
II. STARS for 6 to 7 year olds.

ACES (Attention, Communication, Engagement & Self-regulation) Group (3 to 4 year olds)

The group aims to assist a child to develop and facilitate skills in Attention, Communication, Engagement & Self regulation, (ACES) to interact with their  family members and peers in exploration and play and social communication. The format of the group will consist of free play activities, craft, music and movement, feeding and oral motor stimulation, parent education and generalization of skills learnt during the week. Jointly run by Ovspring's Speech Language & Occupational Therapy specialists.

Ages: 3 years to 5 years old

Fees: $120 plus GST, per 1.5 hour session/week
Payable in blocks of 6 sessions


Note: Parent's or Caregiver's participation at the group is essential for carry-through at home. No refunds for no-shows. Non-Ovspring families are welcome to apply, on a first come first come basis and may be requested to come for an intake consultation.
